We source organic, sustainably-farmed, non-GMO and locally grown ingredients whenever possible, such as:

  • 100% rBGH-free dairy

  • 100% trans-fat & hydrogenated-fat-free ingredients

  • 100% fair-trade, organic coffee and vanilla

  • 100% organic teas

  • 95% biodegradable or recyclable to-go ware

Our Solar Panels provide us with 10% of our electricity.

We use 100% recycled paper for office, brochures and business cards.

We are Bring “Rethink” certified. Businesses achieve "Rethink" certification by practicing conservation and efficiency actions in five categories:

  • Materials and Waste Management

  • Energy Efficiency and Conservation

  • Water Conservation

  • Water Quality

  • Supply Chain Management

 

In 2011 we received the ”Sustainable Innovation in Business” Award from WVSFA!

 

Scratch Made

We make our desserts completely from scratch. We start by individually selecting the highest quality ingredients available. Since we don’t start with pre-processed products, we can use rBGH-free dairy, organically and locally grown produce, and 100% non-GMO ingredients. Our resulting product is an exceptionally delicious dessert.

 

Alternative Diets

In addition to our regular desserts, we make desserts that do not contain gluten, eggs, dairy or animal products. However, we use all of the above ingredients in our bakery and cannot guarantee the absence of any of these allergens in our products. We do not do any sugar-free alternatives.

Egg-Free, Dairy-Free & Animal Product-Free

We make a variety of desserts for customers who don’t eat eggs, dairy or animal products. These items are 100% free of trans-fats and hydrogenated-fats.

Gluten-free

You can special order some of our desserts to be made with gluten-free flour. We also have a variety of gluten-free desserts that are always available from our case.

We are not a gluten-free facility.
