We try to have a variety of options on hand for our customers, including items that are gluten-free, or egg-free/dairy-free, or soy-free, etc. Please call or come in to see what we have on hand.

PLEASE NOTE: We do update and/or discontinue certain products, recipes, and ingredients from time to time, which may not be immediately reflected. If you have any questions, the best thing to do is call. 

We have the following allergens in our bakery, and therefore cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free product, due to inadvertent cross contact:
Wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, corn, soy, peanuts, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)


Gluten-free products have a glittery star sticker on the sign.
If you are highly allergic to gluten, we do not recommend eating our gluten-free items as we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility.  


All of these items are labeled egg-free/dairy-free or “EDF” and are printed on dark yellow paper. 
Our egg-free/dairy-free items are essentially vegan (made without animal products). We do not use the word “vegan” because some strict vegans will not eat sugar processed with bone char and we cannot guarantee that all our sugar is not processed with bone char. 
Desserts with gelatin will be labeled on the sign: "contains gelatin". 
We use a locally produced, grass-fed gelatin.

Please ask our staff about ingredients if you are allergic to soy or corn.

We do not list coconut as an allergen in our store. Coconut may be not visible in a variety of EDF desserts in the form of coconut oil or coconut milk. Please ask our staff about ingredients if you are allergic to coconut.
