DELIVERIES
We offer limited delivery. Advanced notice is appreciated as we cannot always accommodate last minute requests. Deliveries are always paid ahead of time. For more information please call 541.683.5676.

GIFT CARDS!
Yes, we have gift cards! You can purchase them at either of our stores (open 8 am to 10 pm daily), or call us to make a purchase over the phone.
You can also order them online, you will find them in each category.
Phone hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 am- 4pm.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Any order $75 and over needs to be pre-paid.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice (by calling us during our office hours and speaking with an employee), we can go ahead and refund your purchase.

If you cancel with 24-48 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we can refund 50% of your purchase.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we are unable to refund your purchase.

Tiered Cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and cannot be refunded with less than one week's notice.
If you simply email us or leave a message on our voicemail, we may not get that information in time to properly cancel, so please make sure to call and speak with us.
