     We have 3 options for fruit pie tops:
     Crumble - butter, brown sugar, and oats
     Crust F - egg-free and dairy-free
     Gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free crumble F b

FRUIT WITH CUSTARD b - apple, cherry, or peach and custard with

     a crumble top
KEY LIME b - in a graham crust, with whipped cream
PUMPKIN F b - October through December only


All made with a butter shortbread crust


CHEESECAKE TART - vanilla cheesecake topped with a fruit compote      (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, or mixed berry which      is a combination of all the berries)
CITRUS CURD TART - your choice of lemon, key lime or passion fruit        curd, with a border of whipped cream
CUSTARD TART - vanilla custard topped with fruit compote (raspberry,      strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, or mixed berry which is a                combination of all the berries)

FRESH BERRY TART - your choice of cheesecake or custard, loaded with fresh, local organic berries (seasonal, June through August only)

PEAR FRANGIPANE - a baked almond or hazelnut filling with          sliced pears on top

We offer limited delivery for $16*, between 11 am and 3 pm every day. Delivery is limited to Eugene, within five miles of our bakery. ($20 minimum order not including the delivery fee.) Advanced notice is appreciated as we cannot always accommodate last minute requests. Deliveries are always paid ahead of time.
