    Shortbread Crust: (Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, salted butter

    Frangipane: salted butter, almonds or hazelnuts, sugar, eggs, Pears, 
    ALLERGENS: Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Nuts
