CANCELLATION POLICY:

All online orders are paid in advance.
Cancellations MUST be done by phone.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice (by calling us during our office hours and speaking with an employee), we can go ahead and refund your purchase.

If you cancel with 24-48 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we can refund 50% of your purchase.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (by calling and speaking with an employee), we are unable to refund your purchase.

If you simply email us or leave a message on our voicemail, we may not get that information in time to properly cancel, so please make sure to call and speak with us.

Phone hours: Mon - Sat 10 am to 4 pm; Sun 10 am to 3 pm.

REFUND POLICY:
If there is something wrong with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you.
We can write on the top of the cake if you like, please let us know what you would like. Make sure to double check your spelling, capitalization, etc. as we will write just what you have specified. Please do not abbreviate. We do not offer colored writing.

We do not take custom designs through our online ordering system. If you would like to order a cake with anything other than writing, please give us a call!
