We make all our baked goods from scratch using the finest quality ingredients available. We use Guittard chocolate, RBST-free dairy, natural flavorings, and trans-fat free oils. We also use organic ingredients including wheat flour, coffee, oats, blueberries, raisins, hazelnuts, dates, soy milk, carrots and other seasonally and locally available organic ingredients.
